My dealership just called me and said my order is now previewing for August 19th production week. After 14.5 months I will finally be receiving my allocation. It's really happening!!!

That's great! I can't even complain waiting 2 months for a GT when I see these waits!

So does that mean that no GTs will be produced in August?
It doesn't look like they will be scheduling Automatic GT's this week considering the start/stop feature, only manuals. Unless the constraint also includes the v8 in general along with the start/stop. The constraint for the Auto Start/Stop could be lifted for scheduling next week or the week after for August. I am not familiar with Ford being exhausted on V8's with start/stop so I don't know how long this will be in place. Has anyone discussed this in other threads? Was this known to happen?

Someone correct me if I'm wrong. I've seen the Auto Start/Stop button missing on manuals. I know they didn't include them on early builds when they didn't have them in stock.

I just checked the order guide....99F is the GT engine, so it looks like no GTs this cycle. The DH engine is code 99O. Looks like any DH orders should be okay.

Manuals have stop start. Does this mean no new gt to be built or only for new orders.

think I read before that they have inventory for all scheduled orders. Exhausted availability means no new scheduled orders. I’ll let someone confirm that though

No GTs built for this scheduling cycle. If you already have a build date you should be good. If not, it looks like you won't be getting scheduled in August.

Well I don't have a VIN or a build date yet, I ordered the car on April 17th

We know a lot of the June orders got pushed into July

Now we see the production plans for most of August, and the 5.0 motor seems to be made out of unobtanium.

I can't find a 5.0 automatic 3 stage red 401A package GT Premium ragtop anywhere, except a couple of Job 1 cars that are still sitting on a dealer lot for some reason.

So a couple of questions if you please.

What are the big differences between Job 1 and later production cars, besides the start/stop feature?

Are they really delaying the 5.0 cars into September at this point?

Anyone know when they are releasing the 2025 ordering guides?

I am about ready to give up

There is a 400A car in Florida can get, but I really want the 401A package and don't want to have to pay sales tax to Florida on a 60K car if I can get it in NH and save myself a few grand.

Won’t they be scheduling August builds for the next couple weeks?
