2024 prem conv 1ST DISPALY SCREEN FAILED DEALER INSTALLED A NEW ONE

My first display died off and on on the right side of screen no climate controls no back up camera dealer said it was bad they replaced it last week now my setting dont stick i leave the care on fox body gauges and just about every day they set back to match mode!! not a big dela just wondering if its a sign of another bad display !! dont want to get stuck paying for a new one once 3 years pass!! any suggestions>?? thnks

Try set all your preferences on custom mode, then select custom mode every time you drive. Or take it to ford again to have them look through it. It will reset if you have updates.

Sometimes the Gauges will reset after an Update?
Also,
For some reason or another after you change the Colors, Gauges etc. the next Start up may or may not change the settings.
After a few days or so the Gauges will stay where you want them.
Please remember your deadline with a Computer.
Sometimes they work, sometimes they don’t!

Some settings go to factory after an update. Had that a few times already.
