Still loving the active exhaust. I have it in quiet mode most of the time. Sport is outrageous.

I want to turn off ANC and see if it still sounds good.

Originally I did not order AE but the folks here convinced me to order it and I am 10000% happy I did. It is absolutely fantastic IMHO. For me, I don't see a reason to go aftermarket.

My current S550 has it and my DH will as well. It is a life saver when you live in a townhouse/row complext and your garage is under your kitchen floor. Your neighbors garage is under theirs. You see where I am going with this?

Now, once I get the DH in the next couple of weeks I need to gauge whether it is louder than my Supercharged S550 and, if not, I can go ahead with my plans for Kooks and an H Pipe!

AVE is handy ...
starting up and not being “that guy” to your neighbors at zero dark hundred
arguing about... discussing things with your wife while driving
easing past the passive aggressive bmw driver who will get butthurt having a Ford pass him.
etc.

not required, but definitely a nice feature.

I included it on my Ecoboost. Granted its hard to make a 4cyl car really sound good but I listened pretty carefully to both from inside and outside the car and thought that it sounded a little better in normal mode than the standard exhaust. Already nicked myself once on those razor tips though. That could've been done better.

@roket, quite true and if your 2024 GT comes with the "regular" single tips I don't think dual tips will fit the rear bodywork - that will have to be "dremeled-out" to accommodate the wider profile of the dual tips. An extra step but a bit of a pita. I saw one that had been so poorly done that it was an eyesore. Best done by a custom shop imo.
