I'm currently running an AWE track exhaust on a dual tip s650. I really want the thing valved, so my option is to replace the AWE with a ARMYTRIX Valvetronic Exhaust which uses a fob to open and close the exhaust valve. Does anyone have any experience with this set up coming from a dual tip s650? How's the sound?

@Mr.Kodak_007 ....., If you "google" Valvetronic Exhaust" there is a great you tube video from the designer complete with exhaust notes in all applications with a 650S Mustang. I believe the video shows parts and installation too but there are other videos too that show how relatively easy the job is for someone who has decent skills. This is the system I would consider for my 2024 GT (that did not come with active exhaust) and was the one that was recommended by a local Ford Performance dealer.

I am using the Valvetronic electronic exhaust valves and Valvetronic actuators with stock active exhaust mufflers. The only problem is that the actuator has decoupled from the valve a couple of times. Last time, I added super glue, and it hasn't happened again. It is a pain to align the actuator and valve, but it is worth it.

@Dariel ..... why swap out the factory valves for valvetronics? The factory give you four loudness settings while I believe the valvetronics only have an on/off setting?
