The tracker is automated and only updates if an event occurs with your vehicle. It seems like your vehicle was marked as delivered at some point which triggered the tracker to update to 'Final Preparation"

It did arrive at the dealer! Can't pick it up until Tuesday but we came to see it today!

Just got the official email from FORD that my mustang has been built.....now the wait...

Built just means that it's about to ship/already shipped. When it goes back to Order Confirmed that means the tracker is about to update to 'Shipped'.

This is what happened with my order as well as many others.

The tracker can do whatever it wants as long as I don’t sit in purgatory for too long.
