Hey guys,
Great forum, thanks especially to the regular contributors!
Is anyone fully aware of the ADRs or other State laws, rules that apply to placing carbon wheels on a Mustang?
I note Carbon Revolution, an Australian company, that supplies wheels to Ford for the Mustangs https://www.carbonrev.com/news/ford-mustang-gt500-starts-production-uses-carbon-revolution-wheels/with new ones for the dark horse also/s650 also (scroll down) https://www.carbonrev.com/wheels/
I believe that any customization that differs to the manufacturer can be up to police to decide, but having an engineer’s certification (handy in the car) can limit incidents.
So back to my question, also has anyone placed carbon wheels on their Mustang, if so can you let me know the details, where, how much etc please.
Cheers
