Day off. Found the wash bay at work clean and empty at 6AM. Washed and dried.

Roads are drying and it’s time to clock some klicks. Home to grab the Missus

caught a 4 lane to Edmonton. Found the big city a tad wet still. Four lane South to Red Deer. The smaller city was a little dryer. Cruised a couple laps. Four lane for half the way home and found a wet spot where a shower had gone thru just as we were nearing home.
Saw this Dark Horse in Red Deer. Has the black roof but vinyl decals.
A great rip!!

There is/was a guy on this forum who debadged his Dark Horse to a GT.

It tended to hurt a few feelings (mostly mine. lol). on this forum so I try not to bring it up anymore. Each of my pick up trucks got a badge on their tailgate and I carry the big one in my pocket. Lol

And a very un-exciting time lapse below, starting after the large rear segment was already on.



I was constantly referring the passenger side to measure the distance between the inner segments, which I was applying separately. This was because the front protective layer had ripples in it. ie; wasn't dead flat with the vinyl behind it. You can see that in the image below:

Just to be sure the squeegee was making proper contact on all of these segments, they were
applied individually. Not hard, just took a bit longer.

Don't know why that happened, but the decals were sitting here for 3 months in a hot Queensland summer before I worked up the courage to apply them.

Given MR don't ship outside of the USA, safe to say this could be the only Mustang in Australia that has these.
