Just curious if anyone here has a S650 that doesn't have any annoying interior rattles? I've read a lot of users complain about interior rattles in various threads around here. I know this isn't a luxury car but when your spending $50K+ on a car it would be nice to not have any rattles (at least while it's still 'new'). My car is due in any day and I'm crossing my fingers for a solid well built car with no annoying rattles and hopefully none of the other issues users have experienced around here:)
I have NO rattles. Period.
My built date is 4/26/2024, Atlas blue, GT premium.
Active Exhaust, 10 speed Automatic Transmission. .
The only noise I may hear are the Back Tires coming loose!
Then I hear Dollar đź’µ Signs!

Surprisingly no rattles for me either. The loose seat belt is the only thing that makes any noise but that's only when it's not in the shoulder clip on the seat. I was honestly expecting the worst too.

2018 GT Premium with 33K, not a single rattle or squeak.

2024 GT Premium with 2,300 miles so far, not a single rattle or squeak so far.

Guess I got lucky twice.

No rattles for me either. GT Premium 401a, Auto, AE and I drive on miserable roads as well. Build was January 2024.

Depends on the outside & inside temperature in my case.
When there is no rattle, for sure there'll be a squeak filling that acoustic gap.
Definitely worse than my 2016 where only the driver door rattled when listening to bass heavy music.

My interior panels covering the C pillar and around the rear glass rattle pretty good if the ambient temp is below 0°F. Actually hitting a good bump or entering a steep parking lot you can really hear the back glass flexing along with the chassis of the car in those temps, it's scary! I always try take it easy on her until the heater has time to get the cab warmed up and expanding a little bit when it's that cold out.

Now that it's getting warmer out though and I've got the summer tires back on though she is rock solid even over the hardest bumps.

So far these things are way quieter than the S550. My last 2 where total rattle boxes.

I'm having some annoying rattles that seem to be coming from the shifter. Ford already opened it up and replaced some components which helped a bit, but it's still noticeable every time i accelerate. I'm thinking about going with a MGW shifter but I hate throwing close to $1k on a problem.

The seat belt holder also rattles a bit. It's not too loud, but it's right by my ear.

My S550 had no rattles.

Did you have your Fan Motor on.
I have owned cars in the old days when the Fan made all kinds of noise.
I wouldn’t think the Newer cars Fans would make that kind of sound?
Mine doesn’t make any rattles or noise.
Good Luck 🍀

Im having a real irritating knocking sound coming from the passenger door, I don't know if it's in the handle, or inside the door panel. Gonna make an appointment, and see if they can figure it out.

I have so many goddamn rattles, clunks, and other weird noises.

I've never owned a car this expensive that was this shit. Even my 2011 STi makes less noise.

Back to the dealer I guess. Hopefully I get a tech who says "oh that is an issue" instead of "Oh that's normal, nothing to fix"
