Bought a MP Concepts Grill after asking repeatedly if it would indeed fit a EB, particularly after reading that it would not. Bought it, pulled bumper (2 hours), then found it does not fit - tabs do not line up at all. @americanmuscle is making return a PITA (mandating more work in pictures etc) and offering nothing in return.

Don't buy from @americanmuscle.

I'm surprised as others have made this exact conversion. At least I think it is the same (https://www.mustang7g.com/forums/threads/new-not-rtr-grille-for-gt-and-eb.162537/)

I'm sure you're going to get flack about knowing ahead of time it didn't fit, but.... Others have made it fit if nothing else.

Opinion: This is another case of doing one's best to customize his/her ride. I get that, but it is always best to measure three times, and buy once!

MP concepts makes terrible parts bro. they don’t usually fit. I’d go for CJ Pony Parts or Roush

Respectfully disagree. I recently ordered and installed the MP Concepts grille, chin spoiler, and winglets, and all were of high-quality and fit my GT perfectly.

Could be that they simply don't fit the EB (in which case they should not be advertised to fit it), or the part ordered was defective, in which case AM ought to allow a return/refund.

I ordered MP Concepts side scoops from American Muscle. Was a good fit and I am happy.

I've always had success with ordering from AM and getting discounts with majority of my orders. Good luck with your return!

Two hours to pull a bumper 🥴😵😵💫 ouch
First time on any model takes a significant amount of time PLUS the insane amount of fasteners on this front end. I don't have a lift and it's cold.

Yeah I bought this one for my EB and had the same thing, said it fit but didn't. I somewhat give them benefit of doubt on it since I think its odd they would change the mounting points between the GT and EB, but at this point I'm surprised they didn't update the listing.

And agree on removing front bumper, crazy amount of fasteners and no lift make tough work for it, especially if solo.

I don't have a lift either, and had little to no interest in using a jack and risking 3,500 pounds crush my head like a watermelon, so I just paid the best body shop in town, who does custom body jobs like that all day every day, to do it, and they had zero issues. I probably would have struggled. Very aware of what are my core competencies are and aren't!

Probably should have listened to your Post @unk, you did a great job explaining it. I just am a stubborn old man and really wanted the look.

I had to do significant trimming to get tabs and slots to line up (I cut the grill, not the bumper), and still need to go back to do some additional adjustments. Will be doing a full review of it tomorrow or this weekend. That all said, it looks every bit as good as I hoped it would.

That was my only thought on trimming, I wasn't sure how much material would have to be taken off and if it would be at risk of breaking, although there are so many points its mounted to its probably fine.

Speaking of adjustments, did you have any issues tightening the christmas tree clips by the headlights, where the bumper mounts to side fender? Mine has a small gap that I couldn't fully tighten, and I'd give it another look If you havent.
