No sure if serious... but a quick look on the Ford website shows exactly what is included with each package and what can and cannot be optioned. Always do your own research, especially when spending that much money.
Yeah you're missing the better steering wheel, the sound system, leather center console and better stitching all around it and the shifter, illuminated door sills that can change colors thru mymustang, all weather mats, memory seats 3 saves, tow hook, aero plates under the car, universal garage door opener, greeting lights when approaching the car, pony projection lamps when approaching the car (i love this one, and so do the girls), navigation is a big one, better leather seats, security package, adaptive cruise control, lane change lights on the side mirrors, blind spot alert on the side mirrors, prob other things that I can't remember off the top of my head, the steering wheel alone was well worth the upgrade IMO it feels AWESOME, if you're gonna spend that kind of money you should have gotten the premium with the 401 high equipment group, sorry man, if you don't have the word "performance" on the back GT emblem and staggered wheels and a strut bar under the hood you also don't have the PP, the PP/Magnaride was also well worth it, I notice it every drive, might see if the dealer is willing to let you trade it in for a premium model with PP/Magnaride or take the hit, trade it in, and build your own and get everything you wanted initially. Active valve exhaust is also a must have, sport and especially track mode sound MEAN and I LOVE the quiet feature to turn down the engine noise. Normal sounds like nothing after you hear sport/track exhaust sounds, and the "kick" you get down shifting in sport and esp track mode is legit.
In order for you to get the rest of the options that you see you are missing, you would have needed to move up to the 401A package. There are certain options (like the ones you are missing) that are 401A exclusive.
