Factory recommended break in procedure and factory recommended first oil change mileage

I ordered my car (5.0 GT) and it isn't in yet. Just wanting to know what the factory recommended first oil change mileage is and factory recommended break in procedure. Don't care about opinions, etc., just factory recommended information. Thanks, Frogdog

BREAKING-IN Your vehicle requires a break-in period. For the first 1,000 mi (1,600 km), avoid driving at high speeds, heavy braking, aggressive shifting or using your vehicle to tow. During this time, your vehicle may exhibit some unusual driving characteristics.

The owner's manual recommends the Ford conventional/synthetic oil blend. I dumped the oil and filter after 500 miles and put in Pennzoil Ultra Platinum. 51,000 miles later and I have never had to add oil.
