I do miss a paper owner's manual. They deleted it because the younger crowd (Gen Y & Z) could care less (most average drivers don't even know it's in the glove box) and would rather look on their phone for the information. I get that it saves money and is the future, but I still miss that book.
You can get a paper manual through Helm Inc. I just got one. $35

I want to add the auxiliary guage cluster display as a favorite. Why don't we have the flexibility to choose what we want as favorite options from a large list instead of only 2 or 4 choices dictated by some engineer at Ford? We need a way to add options to the selection page so we can truly have a useful feature. I would love a single button push to go there rather than the current three (My Mustang/aux guages/5 guage display).
I was just sitting at light today thinking the same thing, wanting quick switch to auxiliary gauges in lieu of going to favorites and having to select it. Unfortunate it can't be added as an option. Would be great if it was part of an update.

There aren't many to choose from, and the fewer options your car has, the fewer selections you have to choose from.

Example: My Dark Horse has the AVE (active valve exhaust). So I've currently got my favorite button set to toggle between track mode exhaust and whatever mode it was in before I toggled it on.

I plan on having my switch to QUIET MODE and whatever mode I have it set in currently. This will allow me to go stealth when I see something that would require me to drop it a few dB

Therein lies the difference between you and I: I don't ever need to drop it a few dB ...

Seriously, yes, that's a good option to set.

Thanks, but I think there is nothing like holding a manual in your hands while sitting in the car playing with the screen(s). I love tech but it just came at me like a firehose instead of a nice slow drip.

(Edit) My Jeeps admittedly older Uconnect system was much easier to master
I seem to remember seeing a thread that showed how to order a paper manual but you had to pay for them. However I don't know how to find it.

I'm lucky where I live the police don't bother you about loud exhaust or going 10 to 15 over the speed limit on some major roads. Mine is always in track exhaust mode and now that I have a whipple it's louder. Thank you Royal Canadian Mounted police for there judgment in these matters.

I have mine set to quiet mode. I only use it when on the interstate. Those 3 hr drives get old in sports mode which is my custom setting.

LOL we have OPP (who typically don't bother with that stuff) but we also have regional police; in this case Peel. Some of them remember me from my days working with them in an allied service however many of the new officers don't give a shiznit. I could go into the reasons but it's not very PC.

I wonder if the whipple is as loud as the headers and h pipe I've been thinking of ;)

Not sure but I guess I will find out soon I'm in the process of getting Borla cross fire cross over pipe installed. and have some Kooks long tubes and cats on order.
