Feral-Industries...Is it a SCAM?

I paced an order on October 2nd for a front splitter. Order is still awaiting fulfillment ...I talked with them on the phone , (found it through AMEX) because it is impossible to find them online or via email, and the guy told me I would recieve my order by December 12....Tried to call yesterday few times and never picked up the phone.
These guys are a joke or a scam. I already disputed the transaction. Hopefully I can take my money back.
Anyone else had issues with them?

Yes i had an issue with them ordered the front abs splitter july 5th didnt get it untill i charged back the card and got the bank involved who agreed it seemed scammy. I did get the part mid september in a box that looked like a methed up racoon taped it together with a drunk gorilla. They were very responsive trying to get the money. I did pay them but it was a ridiculous experience. The part is decent but not near the quality it should be for its price. Stay well away.

Yes, I ordered the sideskirts the day they posted here. Been wanting Carbon Fiber side skirts that run the whole length for sometime. I waited til mid November(5-6 weeks after ordering) to try contacting them(they said at the time ETA was early November. I tried their socials, email, phone. Basically anyway I could no response.. I ended up having to file a desipute thru Paypal. Didn't hear anything from the dispute and PayPal fully refunded me. You do enough looking you will hear this story over and over again.

I did same thing. Canceled through AMEX. Seems to be scumbags. Stay away

I was gonna buy their front lip until I heard about how shady they are. I ended up buying the Air Design Lip directly from Ford using my reward points and it came out great.

Absolutely DO NOT trust Feral Industries with your credit card, or any hopes of receiving what you see on their website. I ordered a sport chin spoiler (ABS, not any carbon fiber) for my 2024 S650 Mustang on 11/15/24, and never heard a word, did not receive a tracking number, and could not get in touch with the company via their website. Finally a text message from Jonathan on 12/18/24 listed below. Now it's February 12th 2025 and no product, and no contact. Jonathan lied, Feral Industries is a scam.
I have a lot of patience, but no more! This is a fraudulent company with no intent to deliver products ordered, will steal your money, and intentionally cannot be located. Fortunately my bank refunded me and are investigating.

Ive said it before ill say it again they suck don't deal with them. I managed to get my part shipped but it was an ordeal and the finish and fit are not worth it. Yes it looks good, but ive had to touch up the paint twice already due to piss poor finish work.
