Maybe I don't get it finding many of these "Super Cars"/"Hyper Cars" or however they are described as generally ugly and unappealing on numerous levels, especially the chiropractic maneuvers one employs on ingress/egress. :frown:
Most of the guys I know or have come across with these cars rarely use them, can't drive them as they are intended and generally are playing "look at me", "mine cost more than yours".
How of these owners are ever going to drive them at 220 MPH, ridiculous.

Most of the owners of the Hyper Cars are filthy rich, or they're owned by Leasing Companies (like DDE) that lease them to poor folks like you and me to impress their girlfriends for a weekend at Bernie's. Some people invest in buildings, gold, boats, planes, horses, etc., but a true car connoisseur invests in exotics, luxury or vintage vehicles. Jerry Seinfeld and Jay Leno come to mind as true connoisseur's of special vehicles. They come in all sizes and shapes.

There is also a LARGE group of guys that do drive them.....

All my buddies put minimum 4-5K miles a year on their super cars..... and definitely use them as intended - tons of Sunday morning drives in the canyons....

They also let kids sit in them at car shows....and have even taken kids for rides if they had the time...

They also let all their friends drive them....I have quite a bit of seat time in several supercars ...and have put a few of them through their paces on some backroads

They are no harder to get in/out of then a Corvette or super low Mustang....

When you have a car that is light weight.....goes around corners....and can run 10s in the quarter mile....all while provided an incredible soundtrack .... you dont need to go 220MPH to have fun lol

I dont know this guy personally....but he is friends with one of my buddies....
He put 50K miles on his Ford GT (sold it as he bought another one)- and has I believe its a 2004 Ford GT with over 100K miles on it ...

50k-Mile 2017 Ford GT for sale on BaT Auctions - closed on September 20, 2022 (Lot #84,728) | Bring a Trailer

Spent 4 hours hand washing and prettying up Sully yesterday for the first show of the year for me, and boy it looks great! Not many modern cars at this show so far but the S650 is taking the cake as of now!
