Looks šŸ”„.
Kind of prefer how this wing flows with the stance compared to the HP one you had before.
oh yeah I agree! Was able to trade my HP eBay wing with a little cash on top with someone that had a DH so it was a pretty hard to pass. Especially with the wing costing like 3-4K from ford šŸ˜… but appreciate it man!

FP track springs (M5300S65T) once the springs had fully settled compared to my original pictures posted.
beautiful. thanks for the info. One concern is that the street springs do not have warranty. while the track ones do. Not sure what this means. If something goes wrong with the street springs it won't be covered? How about the factory limited warranty of the car? Will it not apply for them ?

hmmm I did not realize that. I did read through their website and says most of their stuff doesn’t have warranty unless it’s specifically states it does. Not sure what issues could be caused with bad springs though and I wouldn’t really know what could happen. Maybe there is some sort of protection or warranty if a ford dealer installs the springs as opposed to doing it yourself or a performance shop maybe? I honestly wouldn’t know if I’m being honest.

Yes 20mm. They are designed for the OEM struts and shocks. That being said, I am shocked FRPP doesn't have a strut/shock package out yet. I believe this is part of the problem with sales for the S650. Mustang buyers love to mod and with FRPP parts

I’m waiting on them to release a strut/shock package! If not I’ll have to go with some Steeda shocks and struts. I believe someone had bought the track shocks from the S550 and said they fit perfectly but could be wrong. Still I’d rather wait until they release something or say that it will fit the S650

I know they are very similar chassis, the Steeda shocks/struts are from 2015-2025. I wish it was more yr. specific. The S650 cars are heavier.

I know people who installed the FRPP Strut/Shock kit from the S550 with no issues.

Hello,

Can I help with your question? When you say more yr, specific, what are you referencing?

Hey TJ, I am on these boards but I moved on from the Stang and got a G87 M2. However, when I was noticing that Ford doesn't recommend their own shock package from the S550 for the S650.

i thought he was saying that because the weights changed for s650, you guys should have a separate s650 tuned shock kit, but right now , you have s550 and s650 combined in the same shock kit

like - - fords s550 shock kit doesnt say works for s650 / there is no s650 specific ford peformance shock kit . . he also said FP was coming out with a s650 shock kit

but im just beginning my research stages. looking to tighten up my gt pp non magneride.

We've thoroughly tested our dampers on the 2024 models, and we're confident they perform flawlessly.

The weight change from the S550 is minimal, so there’s no need for entirely new dampers.

We’ve successfully used both conventional spring setups and coil-over systems on the S650 without any issues.

For an excellent combination of handling and ride quality, we recommend our adjustable Pro-Action shocks/struts paired with dual-rate springs. It’s the perfect setup for a great driving experience.

Let know if I can support further!

Yes I actually did with the track springs. I was able to get it fixed by buying coil spring sleeves and covering the ford and part number on the rear. After that no more noise. I put the link of what I used that worked.

I’m currently on the street springs and essentially it’s the same street springs as the S550 minus the upper insulators. But for those I didn’t have any clunking like I did with the track ones.
Just ordered the track springs. could not resist. can you sent some photos on where you installed the sleeves? Do you install those without taking apart the springs?

I installed the sleeves sometime after but didn’t need to take them apart. You could put them on once your springs arrive just to have it done beforehand.
I added pics of the springs from when I had them listed on marketplace. Pretty much will cover the ford part number and it’ll stop the clunking sound that myself and others have dealt with.
