Curious how the Mustang drives with the Weld Racing skinny wheels up front and wide wheels in back?
I think they are 18x5 front and 18x10 rear. look cool but guessing not greatest handling on street.

When I’m out on slicks and skinnies I never make aggressive turns … especially at speed.
The car floats and walks through the bias ply noticeably but I get used to it after a little seat time..
I usually go a little slower if I’m on the freeway, 60-65..

And I only go WOT if I have a big clear open straight shot, tons of fun from a dig and light to light… gapping anything and everything

Your car looks sick with those wheels and the wing

Your Mustang looks really good with that setup! & yeah I figured it would be more for straight line racing and not for daily driving so much and taking corners. This spring I have a set of RTR Tech 5's charcoal colored with 275/40R19 I am going to run when I switch from winter wheels. hopefully they will look good. do you run that drag pack setup all the time?

No, normally on NP wheels, I am gonna order the 275/40/19 555R2s and replace the stock rears.

generally if I’m going to the track I’ll switch over to the drag pack, and maybe do a cars n coffee or cruise Woodward etc…

That is smart to switch wheels for daily driving. the tires i got are the michelin pilot sport 4 all seasons. you probably get cars wanting to race with the drag pack on.

The exact opposite, when people see something on slicks they want NO part of it…

Same with my foxbody, you can just hear it’s moving so much air just idling,
I get a lot of waves and thumbs up, but generally no one wants the smoke
The white one stays on its drag set up fwiw.

Indeed; I ran into this with my 2021 GT.

That thing would suck harder than a virgin on prom night at a stop light with the Supercharger and tune. Add the DP and most people would just shake their head no thanks.

The S650 doesn't have drag rears (yet?!) but the whipple comes in April so I may have to do something similar and see if my friends at @VELGEN WHEELS have an 18" rim of the VF10s and then I can mount a 40 sidewall on the rear LOL
