I took my Stang in for it's first oil change, and had them check the alignment because it's been pulling to the right since day 1. Apparently one of the wheels were off alignment and they fixed it. However, it's still pulling to the right. It's not the crown of the road since it happens on every single road I am on. Anyone have any clue on what is going on?

Also, they didn't do a tire rotation cause the service tech said the tires are different sizes and they can't do a tire rotation. Is this true?
There are a couple of possibilities.
1. Brake caliper issue
2. Radial pull coming from a tire. You can try swapping tires on the front from side to side then go for a test drive.
If pull goes away or pulls in the other direction you have a tire issue.

I'm taking it back to the dealership next week so that the serviceman can sit in the car with me and see what I am experiencing. I will post a pic of the alignment they did below.

Here's my alignment paperwork....just noticed the top says "without performance package" but my car has performance package! Can that be the issue?

That's not a great alignment IMO. Too much variance in camber from side to side. Just because it's green, doesn't mean it's good. Dealerships are notorious for sucking at alignments.

Looks like you originally had a good amount of toe on the left side. If you drove like that for a few months, it's possible your tire wore uneven and that could be the source of the pull. Especially on those soft garbage Perelli tires.

If you have the PP option your front and rear tires are staggered and can't be rotated. You can however switch sides. If you swap front tires from side to side and the car starts pulling the opposite way, then you have your answer.

Not if they are directional tires. If you go side to side with directional tires, you have to flip the tires on the wheels.

True. But I dont think the all season Conti's are directional.

Could you give us the exact set of tires (front and rear) that you have on your vehicle? Make, model, size, rating, etc. This will help us determine if your tires are directional or not.

He either has the Factory Continentals or Pirellis. We don't need to know tire size and rating. If the Pirellis are directional then simply don't swap them. Either way he needs his tires examined and alignment re-checked. šŸ‘šŸ»

It is my opinion that Ford's manufacturing slogan isn't always correct. If you talk to the dealers, they'll tell you that far too many times, realignment is necessary before delivery. I sort of suspect the alignment is on the dealer as part of the new car get ready routine.

My Eco-Boost wasn't correct as the steering wheel was sitting about 7Ā° to the left, and the car pulled right. The dealer didn't get it correct the first time, much less the second time. I had it realigned at a shop with a brand new Baer machine. They apparently know how to do things right, as every parameter is dead center of the range settings.
Cost of Alignment is on Ford... for 12 months or 12,000 miles (warranty).

I'm taking the car back to the dealer on Wed and will have a service tech sit and drive with me.

I had my alignment done the other day after 2 weeks of owning it.

Glad I did as the toe was out both side, which I had corrected & steering is great, was great before but won't have the tyre issues I would have had if left it. (ignore the 2015-2018 model noted)

Took it in this morning. They sent me a photo of the alignment and it's nearly identical to the first time around! I have a feeling they BS'd the first time. How can the exact same spot be off again after they aligned it!
