Just an fyi, you can control the radio with your right thumb on the steering wheel in the s650s, you can change stations, volume up/down, all without having to take your eyes off the road. Easiest it's ever been.
Is there a way for the station changing can ignore AM, FM etc and use only my Sirius favorites? Maybe I have to remove the AM/FM selection from my favorites? It came like that from the factory.

You can control the stations, but only for your presets. If you want something different you either have to use voice command or look at the screen to change to a new channel that isn't on your preset list.

In your settings for the radio you can do up to 30 preset stations. That can be done across Sirius or AM or FM stations. You need to be stopped in order to move between the "source" and the various stations that you want. They can all be your Sirius favorites if you want.

I must have the only Mustang with Climate controls ALWAYS on the bottom of the right screen , or I must be taking crazy pills.

I don't drive our Mustang every day , but when I do , I look over and they are always right there on the bottom of the screen.
And there you have it... You LOOK over. There is no tactile physical way to adjust those settings without looking. There is a reason every car manufacturer that tried the "screen but no physical controls" approach ended up redesigning with some physical controls. Touch screens alone are not a valid or safe solution.

You may be OK with using them in your car, but there has been enough design feedback over the years to make a strong argument for screens AND physical controls. Most of the issues revolve around driver distraction in screen only solutions.

I'm in IT and have no problem using touch screens in proper design situations. I just don't want them in my cars without suitable physical tactile controls as well.

There is no reason to shut off the A/C. Just leave it on and the car is smart enough to know when to use it , and when not to. Do you constantly adjust the temp at home too ?
Are you a polar bear?

My Dark Horse is _the_ coldest vehicle I’ve ever experienced. Even in 105F Texas heat I leave it on max cool for maybe a few minutes at best and then have to up it to about 74-75.
After leaving the dealer from purchase, I haven’t used max ac once.

Anyway, we’re right back to the beginning. center screen is great and all but a lot of us want buttons & dials.
