Lighting, 1) with key approaching the car and 2)opening the door

This is driving me crazy. When I would approach the car with my fob the exterior lights would come on. Now they don't . I did not change any setting.. The interior lights are supposed to come on when ever one of the doors is opened. They only come on if the ignition is on. If I am coming from the outside. the ignition is not on.
Please help me

I had the same issue. Resetting the BMS fixed it.

i did not adjust anything
