If I bought used and spent 25k less I would def have lived with the noise. The brake issue was a hard cannot deal with regardless.

Well, they couldn’t find or replicate my issues with the subwoofer type noise or brake clicking issue.
Ford bought back my car, might consider another one or get something else.

Did they measure the tread on the other side to see if it’d close? I assume it can cause some issues if it’s too far apart. The only thing I’ve heard related to tires is that the ones that come on new cars are usually of less quality even when compared to direct replacements. Not sure if...
I think you can turn off wireless CarPlay on your Bluetooth phone settings to prevent it from connecting that way. You won’t be rushed to plug the cable in to use it that way.
You could tell them to go ahead with the replacement it’s not your problem if it doesn’t look/work right. Sounds like they don’t want to do it.
If you’re not happy with it after, contact Ford and talk to someone about a buyback.
