Make sure the backseat does not have a small rip between the seat cushion and back rest. I found this a month later since the back seat is so small I never was back there
till I cleaned it yesterday. Good luck, and congrats on your new stang!

Just a heads up, that split isn’t a defect. Its for the LATCH car seat installation. There’s a metal hook inside that slit. Take a look at the black dot, there will be a slit beneath each of those black dots.

I may be misremembering... and I’m 2 pints in, but I thought it was handling package Mustangs - including the Dark Horse.
They came on both my 2023 non-HP Mach 1s. I know because I had to get them removed post delivery.

Awsome! I can let the dealer know it's not an issue. He offered to make it right from the start. Thank uou. You saved us a lot of time.

New member here folks. Hello. 👋
Taking delivery tomorrow. 2024 Vapor Blue GT, manual, 301A, and that’s it.
Question is: Please let me know what specifically I need to watch out for.
This is besides all the general quality, fit and finish, excessive panel gaps, paint issues, interior-exterior loose trims, and everything that applies to a general delivery after PDI. I am capable of that. I need to know what specifically to this car I need to look for.
Thank you. 🙏

Those are not rips. There are 4 of them. They are anchor points for child seats.

@bimmerborn ..... check the torque of your lug nuts, level of your engine oil and visible fluids. Tire pressures. Order kit from DIYvan.com and cover the fender holes (front wells) with tape until then. Google Tony Unica video on Mustang wheel well holes. Paint drips at trunk edges. Hope all is well. You'll love the car!
Hey do you know the torque level required for the lug nuts? Is it 150?
