Thanks, what I actually meant was how can I see when my car was produced. Not specific to this recall, but in general. How can I see from my VIN what day or month my car was made.

If you do, the guides above breakdown several of the fields.

I'd look for the "blend date". One interpretation of the date is that's when the unibody met the k-member and other significant pieces. Another, when all the parts were at the line and ready for assembly.

The actual VIN will give a year and sequence number, but it's my belief you cannot find an actual build date from the VIN alone.

I checked some examples on-line. Yes. Upper-left corner of the door jamb sticker will have MM/YY.

I think we may see the dates get bigger. This arm is from a 12/08/23 built 2024 GT Premium with Brembos and shows poor casting already starting to crack by the toe bushing. Serial number is not included in the recall.

I just took my Dark Horse in today to have the oil changed, replace the battery, and to have them check the knuckles for the recall. My car has the affected knuckles..... They are replacing them ...
