What aftermarket muffler for a 2024 GT (non active exhaust)
would increase volume 25% with a deep tone? Or maybe just a double H pipe would do that? Don't want any drone.

any H pipe, X pipe, or resonator delete will increase volume a good amount. Double H is nice, but if you're not upgrading to the full Corsa catback, I don't see it as any different than the Steeda H pipe or other cheaper H pipes.

What about manual cutouts 1/3 open or so?

I have never done cutouts. What are you referring to? If it's cutting holes in the exhaust, I would not generally recommend that as it sounds unsafe and probably leaks a ton of exhaust smell

The only thing I am not thrilled about with AVE, is that when starting the car in quiet mode, it is still rather loud initially until the RPM drop below 1000 RPM. It takes about 30 seconds.

I would go with Borla Sport. It won't be too loud at start up but at WOT it will let everyone know its a Mustang. The AVE is nice but not everyone wants to spend all that money required.

Mine is a lease, so I did not want to cut the valence. I am also a fan of single tip dual exhausts.

I got the NXT quad tip axleback with a Steeda H pipe and really like it. Axleback was under $500 and all polished stainless. I did have to trip the valance. I've had Roush before and loved it, but the ones I saw were a lot more expensive.

CJ Ponyparts runs a bunch of specials. I was able to get it for $649.

I like the AVE, just really don’t care for the cheap looking single wall tips. So I’m not going to pay for the AVE and then add an axle back on top of that. I wish all GT and up models had the DH exhaust valence/tips. That was one of my favorite features of my GT350 and Mach 1.

Hey there! I'm not sure of an exact % per-say for the aftermarket mufflers out there however; I will say that if you're looking for a little bit deeper of a tone, our exclusive Corsa HH pipe here at Lethal Performance is the go-to.

I will say, it's a ' cut & clamp ' installation, but the sound is perfect in my opinion. Corsa's no drone technology, you won't have to worry about that noise in the cabin.

Here's what I'm talking about if you'd like to have a look.
Corsa Performance 3" Stainless Double HH-Pipe (2015-2024 5.0L Mustang GT / Darkhorse) - 14502

On sale right now for $535.04 with Free Shipping :)

Although there's many videos out there, but this is the one we did :)

That said, we'd be more than happy to help here at Lethal Performance with any other options you'd be looking at as well.

Thanks!

We had Pypes put on my GT. I love how it sounds. I will attach a short video of a cold start.
