Hello,

Just curious on if these oil temps for engine and transmission seem normal for these s650’s.. seemed high to me when I saw them. It is about 60f outside when taking these, and was a “somewhat” spirited drive lasting around 30m.

This is the 10spd auto, not the 6mt.

it was probably warmer while you were doing spirited driving. Engine Oil Temperature is just fine for a modern synthetic.

normal yes. I've seen a bit higher around 238-240 though it was 98-100 degrees with humidity so dense you have to chew before you inhale

Yes it’s normal because you don’t have oil cooler. With oem oil cooler your temps with stay around 190

I've only had my car since November. I'll let you know what mine reads when the temperature hits 116° plus here in Phoenix.
You beat me to it. I was going to say wait until summer! I see temps over 100° but certainly not 116°. I don't think I could tolerate that heat. Glenn

Highest I've seen mine is 105C (221F), but keep in mind the highest ambient temperature my car has seen since I took delivery has been maybe 4C (40F). If you're concerned and want to drive it harder invest in an oil cooler if you don't already have one, and if you do see if there are any larger options for an upgrade? I wouldn't start worrying until you start seeing above 250F on the regular, and even then, most good quality synthetic oils can withstand up to 300F or more for short bursts of time with no significant breakdown of the oil.

Above 115C when driving "happy" (outside temp around 12C), so perfectly normal.
