Question about start-up chime/jingle

Well, I don't have any heartbeat. Even after pushing the start button. I get this old Ford chime, the three tone that every Ford car has. No heartbeat, means the pony is dead.

I would occasionally get that chime on my S550. I think it was tied to a low voltage condition at start up. Not saying that's what's going on with yours, but it might be worth looking at.

Voltage is perfect. No issues at all. No, I haven't changed anything for the sound system.
