Certain colors display differently. It'd be great if Ford could offer vert purchasers the option of a camel-colored top and interior, maybe even a certain shade of wheel to better match some exterior colors.

Haha, yeah. Takes me back to the metallic red SN95 'vert we took on a road trip about 20 years ago! It was that car that sowed the seed for me eventually getting a Mustang!

I owned a 2000 Mustang GT ‘vert same color but black leather interior. Built it with BBK shorty headers SLP catted x-pipe and LM2 cat back, JLT CAI larger throttle body and plenum, comp cams stage 2 cams, short throw shifter, 3:73 gears. Loved that fricken car.

Which makes no sense as there are Fords and Lincolns with zero visible antennas. The S197 made sense since the pod-type antennas weren't very common then, but since they're everywhere now (or tucked into the interior) it really ages the S550/650 convertibles. I guess it gives a retro vibe, but also screams "we don't want to spend money on that."

FA spotted a rapid red convertible...
Me personally I don't think it's a fitting Colour for the S650 but each their own ;)

What I would be interested in though is if the roof is still partially opened by hand or if they switch to a full automatic roof. I doubt they made any changes but hopefully I'm wrong
