I filed a complaint because it’s ridiculous honestly
I did the same last year when mine failed. I was on the highway at 65 mph, went to adjust the mirror and ended up holding it my hands. Not to mention glass chards all over the place.

Make sure you get the same glass with the sound proofing or whatever it's called. Look over on the driver's side to see if you have it.

Make sure you get the same glass with the sound proofing or whatever it's called. Look over on the driver's side to see if you have it.
My car does have that sound proofing windshield it should be the oem glass I gave them my vin I upgraded my sound system lol idk how much sound proofing it actually does you can hear my music as I’m rolling up

Somebody got a great deal or someone overpaid big time.

I actually just called around and found a shop to do it for $600 as well because I know safelite probably up charging because of how known and popular they are

I think I paid, or the insurance paid, about $1200 or so but this was a place that does Lambos, Porsche etc, so the best out where I live. All the high end dealers near me use this place.

I think I paid, or the insurance paid, about $1200 or so but this was a place that does Lambos, Porsche etc, so the best out where I live. All the high end dealers near me use this place.
Right I’m not paying either so I’ll probably just stick with safelite they already ordered the windshield anyway if I go with this place I’ll have to wait until they could get the oem one in and their price is $1000 so not terrible it’s really the recalibration that they have to do
