Eh.. about the same power to weight advantage as a Base S550 GT over a Mach 1 with additional cooler weight. The numbers had the GT having a slightly better power to weight than the Mach 1, but real world, they were pretty dang similar, if not almost identical on the strip. I expect the same with the Dark Horse vs GT. Quarter mile hero is not really what this car is trying to be. If you want to drag only, get a GT. If you want to track without hitting limp mode, get a DH.Wow… a base GT is gonna out accelerate a DH.
it might not even be the mirror itself, looks like it might just be a wire and the overhead consoleI'm really interested in seeing if the rear view mirror is fairly simple swap. Thank you breaking this down!
The case for DH is definitely diminished more by that weight figure
These are actually painted black inside the star, so its possible, but I highly doubt they switch it up from the press cars like thatI am going to be extremely disappointed if this is true. Order guide says with nite pony and PP you get black painted wheels which is what has been shown on all the press cars. The wheels in this pic are definitely not painted and I didn't order nite pony to have silver wheels
Here's hoping it's yet another error on the long list we have already come to see. Either way, thanks as always Rocket for the great info you bring!

The tarnished ones are the one in your original post correct? If so it says available while the painted ones are standard.yeah someone messed up in ESourceBook, that's not the GTPP wheel

so, good news, Ford has removed the reduced capacity amp from the order guide all together, which in combination with the lack of a reduced capacity amplifier part likely means that Ford has scrapped the idea all togetherThanks, some great info, greatly appreciated! Could you shed some light on how we can identify or know if we get the "Reduced Capacity Amplifier" , and how can we ensure we DO NOT get it when ordering ?
tarnished and machined ones are the split Y spokes, yesThe tarnished ones are the one in your original post correct? If so it says available while the painted ones are standard.
