S650 Magnaride GT stop the hop!

Yep no idea why anyone is talking about Brembo issues. We have the IRS parts for the S650 GT and Dark Horse with no issues.

Still what we call the "Base Pack" is an absolute essential "must fit" part. (The IRS Alignment Bushes and IRS Subframe Support Bushes)

Reason I brought it up, is on the Steeda US website, it says will not clear brembos for the stop the hop ultimate kit.

Any of the starter kits should be fine!

Aha i have cracked the issue. Its because the Vertical links in some of the Steeda USA kits are the "long" ones (which don't work on the S650 with brembos).. The S650 cars with brembos use the "short" vertical links, so thats why that specific kit is saying not for brembo cars. (555-4121 or 555-4129 are the "long" vert links)

Hey guys new to the forum! Had a fbo e85 22 S550 10 speed but I saw an insane offer on a manual magnaride 24.

Honestly love the car the way it sits besides the wheel hop on launch. Steeda has Stop the Hop kits but they don’t clear Brembo brakes.

can someone please advise on what parts I should get to remedy this issue?

It’s the vertical links and toe links that won’t work with the kits above basic. You can buy the starter kit and add the parts which works with magnaride and brembos.

I have a 2024 GT Premium performance pack mag ride car and had the street starter stop the hop kit instalelled. I also ordered the vertical links but the shop didn't install them. They told me that the performanbce pack car already has the GT 500 vertical links, so I returned the vertical links. The stop the hop kit is the best thing I have done to the car suspension-wise. The car has no hop issues and feels very tight on the IRS.

Fantastic. Have you done anything else to the suspension? Wondering if we can make big differences although magnaride is FANTASTIC.

The car is already pretty good so the next thing will be better anti-roll bars and that may be it for suspension. The car also has long tubes, x pipe, aluminum driveshaft, braided steel clutch line and mishimoto expansion tank. I ordered the stage 2 Whipple and waiting on delivery. I'm looking at drag packs while I wait for that.

Wow going full out! How does your suspension handle? I saw steeda has handling springs, you like eibach more? The whipple will be nasty that’s my plan as well. You going welds?
