Had this pop up in my eBay perusing's for parts due to boredom. https://www.ebay.com/itm/296932333286?var=594675798912 Its available in carbon look, gloss black and matte. about 150.00 usd. I got a gloss black one on order should be her in mid February.

I saw this pop up on Amazon, 6 week estimated ship time from China has me hesitate pulling the trigger. Seems to be the same vendor, would love to see an update on how it looks when you get it.

I'm a little concerned about the last picture. It seems to show what the actual description is. A matte ABS hood vent. The other pictures are taken right off of Shelby's website. 2024 FORD MUSTANG CARBON FIBER HOOD VENT

that is actually the Anderson Composites style of hood vent. the Shelby Super Snake uses a different hood entirely, and the GT350 has a completely clear vent

I saw this pop up on Amazon, 6 week estimated ship time from China has me hesitate pulling the trigger. Seems to be the same vendor, would love to see an update on how it looks when you get it.

I will, going to show the factory vent the rtr and the ebay one side by side. I have the rtr one on now but i can see dead areas on the hood when its wet and i think its deflecting the air slightly over the roof instead of towards the windscreen and may be negatively impacting the aerodynamics. Not hugely but enough. With the factory one in i notice the hood clears water fairly evenly.

Is there a picture of how it looks? Not just the part but with the whole car or at least the front of the car?

That's what you're getting. Not the vent from the pictures ripped off from Shelby and Anderson Composites.

Not feeling the RTR vent at all. Looks kind of kluge. Like the factory vent got fat.

The Shelby vent looks pretty sharp and sweet.

it’s interesting. I thought Shelby was stuck in the past a while back. But all their new stuff looks better and more modern than the newer aftermarket guys like rtr. Anderson composites has a nice looking vent also. But the vent on the 350 just looks so clean. The closest thing is probably the Anderson.

Spoke with the seller. He said they don't make them until they get the order. I said that needs to be in your listing. It will put people off. The part shipped for me on feb 20th and just cleared customs in China on the 23 and is waiting to be sent to the us. We will see if i get an rtr one or the Shelby styled one. I did make sure it was the Shelby one with the seller they did confirm.

It's stuck in customs in NY the morons put an almost correct address on it. Then said they sent it to my address on file. USPS sad it was sent to an address using west instead of east x... Street. Basically shit bag scammers.
