For more clear voice and tight mid. base, I would like to replace all speakers with after market speakers such as focal, rainbow, sony or etc., however I wanna keep using b&o oem amp to save my money.
In other words, only simple speaker replacement is being planned.
For first step, I replcaed oem subwoofer with PIONEER product.
And for second step, I orered Infinity speaker to replace center speaker.

So how about this plan? Is it available? Please give me your good opinion.

Do you put passengers on the back seats? If not i would pull down the rear seats then put a JBL 110 or Club 120 in the trunk. I wouldn’t mess with the car’s subwoofer, saves me time and effort.

Speaker replacement is nonsense, you need to replace the factory amp with one that has a DSP and delivers corrected sound signals to each speaker.
The sub is the only speaker that is really worth being replaced.

I did this in my truck with the B&O system, and I did notice an improvement in sound quality. I can now hear my rear speakers which I was not able to before since the B&O systems are tuned to be front-stage biased. The speakers it brings are not B&O branded.....they are FoMoCo and imo, they are garbage.

What I would recommend is you find replacement speakers that have a low wattage requirement because the factory B&O DSP does not make enough power to drive speakers that demand a lot of juice.

Hearing more from the rear speakers has nothing to do with sound quality at all, it's just preference.
The original amp has a DSP included which unfortunately we cannot program individually.
An aftermarket amp with DSP is used to indidually be set up.
It is the exact same thing you do with any mid or even entry level home cinema amp/receiver.
They come with a microphone which you place at different locations in your room and the software of the receiver does the magic.
If you then install completely different speakers in that room, chances are very high that it sounds completely off, because every speaker sounds different.
Frequencies which had been more amplified for the original speakers may sound way to loud with the new speakers because they are louder in that range by default for example.

The speakers in our Stangs, B&O or standard, sound crap because of the bad DSP setup.
With a proper aftermarket amp and DSP, they will be tuned to a neutral frequency response which is what high end hifi systems typically try to achieve.
From that clear and fine sounding starting point you or your hifi shop can tune to whatever characteristics you want to listen to music, like focus on boom, on voices, on percussion instruments or what have you.
Oh, and btw, you then can also decide how loud each and every single speaker shall be ...

Long story short: the original speakers are capable of much more than you can imagine.
Shit in = shit out is the rule. Best speakers are nothing when the source signal is crap.

It's like adding a compressor to your engine and still putting lowest octane fuel in the tank.
Yeah, you'll hear the compressor whine which makes you think you're the king of the strip now, but in reality you are not.

I did the front center speaker for $35. Better, not great, but worth the money and installation ease. They sell in pairs, if anyone interested in buying my extra one, message me.

I have the parts to upgrade subwoofer, $100 with speaker, wires, grille and ploy foam. Almost finished with install, not bad. Don't expect a drastic change, but hopefully a fuller bass.

I agree woth you. I have replaced center speaker witih infinity one and also replaced subwoofer with pioneer one.
And adjusted eq in music player app, and then sound are much better.
As u told, it was not drastic or crazy change but it was much and pretty better than OEM b&o sound.
