Anyone else here and feel the loud vibration with the top down and traveling 76-79 mph? I believe it is the rubber strip across the windshield acting as a seal when top is down. You can definitely hear it and feel it,

I've owned one convertible in my whole life—a very warmed over XR2. It didn't matter what the speed was, nor the ambient, it was just plain noisy! The manual suggested rolling up all of the windows. Oh great! Doing do caused so much buffeting, you couldn't hear yourself think. I sympathize.

I have not heard or felt any vibration with the top down from any speed.

The wind noise is relatively low and an environment to have a normal conversation at 70mph with the windows up. Nice surprise as this is my first convertible and 1.5 weeks old. The vibration as happened twice and will check it out on way home tonight.

Take it to the dealership for service. That is not normal

My A pillars and doors started making a rattling noise aftera hard roads for 600 miles road trip. Even with Magnaride was shaking in my seat like crazy. I'm taking mine in for the rattling and to check the Magnaride suspension, it feels off now, but I'll also ask about the windows seal just in case, thanks for bringing this up

I don't have this issue with the top up so I do not believe this to be structural unless the top mechanism is providing stability. I have a little over 1k miles and will schedule oil change and have them look at this. Good luck with yours!

Before my road trip i never had rattling top up or down so I'd definitely get it checked with. The trip also screwed up my panel alignments along the whole car - hood, doors, even trunk and deck lid. It's hard to believe a few hundred miles of bad roads could do this but I looked the car over thoroughly before I bought it - or so I thought. While you're there, have them check your panel alignments, especially the hood, driver/passenger, and trunk/decklid, and quad exhaust of you have it - my left hangs lower than the right. Tough to get in the shop when this is my only vehicle and Ford doesn't offer rentals for recalls or warranty work... ridiculous. Should have stuck with a jeep dealership lol good luck man, let us know what they tell you! I might need that information for the rattling I'm experiencing

Confirmed only with top down and really bad when take up to 80. I was backing off at 78 when it started but concerned now a structural issue

Dealer discovered tires at 42 psi cold and should be at 32 psi cold. Never touched the tires,. Most likely shipped high from factory which is common then should have been adjusted at dealer during prep. I will have a chance to verify tomorrow AM but dealer said no issue now.

I had the same issue. Keeping the tires perfectly balanced is key. Before balance, over 80 with the top down was unbearable.

I had the issue at first. Now, after 4800 miles and a little less tire inflation it is gone, thank God!

Always check when you get home from a new car purchase, don't care if it is a Prius or Lambo...

Tire pressure
Lug torque
Oil Level

ALWAYS!
