[Spoiler] Dark Horse handling pack style spoiler - Stock Updates and Links

I got my spoiler from Hong Kong faster than the one from California. It only took three days. Auto Addict shipped theirs ground, so that one took like a week.

The W2 website says it ships from City of Industry, CA. When you got your Tracking Number is said that it shipped from Hong Kong??

That's what it says, but it came directly from HK. Flew to Alaska first, then DFW.

Dang, that's weird. They must buy them in bulk them. I know someone posted a link to overseas site who was selling the DH spoilers and they had a minimum order of like 10.

yeah, theres a whole bunch of sellers on Ebay, my guess is its the Ford China factory making the part for the actual DH just making those in bulk and selling them on the aftermarket for pennies on the dollar.

First order arrived from w2. No instructions, but pretty straightforward. The gurney flap is a solid black plastic piece, not smoked like some of the others I've seen. There's no branding anywhere on it. It's attached to the spoiler module with automotive tape, then bolted on the ends just like the blade spoiler was. I was going to wait for the other one to arrive to decide which to install, but I couldn't help myself.

Excuse me my wonderful dude. I'm slightly confused here. Which spoiler did you buy exactly? I just bought a new black Mustang GT and absolutely live the look of this spoiler on your Mustang. I want to buy the exact same one, but I'm a little confused which one it is exactly?

Tint my windows next week, already goes with my black NPP Stang.

And I'm thinking maybe a front splitter, what do you think? Do they have dark horse front splitters available yet?

For the front splitter, I just ordered the NYTOP extension. The RTR is too big for my taste. I liked the look of the Feral Industries, but there's a thread on here about them that turned me off. Auto Addict has this:

But that's an entire front end. I've read the OEM DH splitter has a different alignment, so it won't fit the GT. The Air Design splitter is just taped to the stock one. It looks good, but it doesn't get bolted.

I love the look of the 650s, but they do need a little tweaking. I got my eye on the rear diffuser from NYTOP as well.

I'm pretty happy with it. They were quick to respond to my emails, but they didn't initially say anything about a delay until I asked.

A few things about this spoiler: I had to drill the holes for two of the covers' alignment dowels. You also won't need to remove the spoiler module since it isn't bolted in the middle, unless you have the hardware yourself. Otherwise there's only an alignment bolt that screws in. The worst part is removing the old adhesive, though.

I got a few questions about the spoiler.
Are the 5 black screws for the gurney flap and the?
3 ones on the right are to connect to the spoiler to the trunk?
For the hardware covers, did they just clip into position and be fine?

Yeah, there were a few extras in there. For the cover plates, I used the little roll of tape and put a few strips between the bolts. Those other three are just for alignment. Only the ends get bolted to the spoiler module with the old hardware.

Anybody have any idea which is better between the ebay ones and w2? I'm leaning ebay since they have their customer guarantee. If for some reason the seller tries to screw you, you still get a full refund
