Its by far the best looking setup out their but dang that's expensive as hell. I'm skeptical of the gains as well as most people say aftermarket intakes don't do much for our cars but maybe this design does. We'll see once people buy it!

I've had quite a few carbon fiber pieces on my cars over the years and personally I'm kind of tired of the look. Does anyone make smooth plastic tubes that run from the CAI to the air filters? Most of what I've seen looks like they're made out of a flexible vinyl or rubber products.

Agreed. Non-carbon fiber option, please.

Yep. And besides that, how about an option without filters for those of us that already have air filters.
Hopefully more vendors will start to produce these and we'll see more options like this, and lower prices.

Like most all of my mods, this would be for appearance only. 486 HP is enough. If you know about I4 in FL, I think my average speed going to and from work is, what, 37 mph?

For me, it would be cool to open the hood and see clear covers with blue non-oiled aFe filters. Along with my strut tower brace that looks cool and does nothing!

Bingo! Seems like everything is a kit. Be nice to have the option of just purchasing the tubes. :like:

I highly doubt there will be any improvement in day to day driving.

“Each systems easily outperforms the stock air intake system by 17HP @7125RPM & 13 FT LB Torque @4525RPM.”

You’re paying for a look and it’s a good one. If you have the cash, go for it.

I am also skeptical of the gains, seems a lot just by filters...

This is what the website says ".... Each systems easily outperforms the stock air intake system by 17HP @7125RPM & 13 FT LB Torque @4525RPM....."

I’m not sure I like the whole clear lid idea but I like being able to see the filters.

I think the pipes look great but it is pricey. I believe CPE has a set coming out with smooth plastic pipes versus carbon fiber.
