I noticed my Dark Horse is listed as R0224. It's an early '25 and the number is S0224. Maybe Ford is using an S prefix for the 25's? Also, it does have the appearance package.

It appears that for the Dark Horse chassis number, Ford is using the 10th digit of the VIN that indicates the manufactured year of the Mustang DH. Look at your VIN and the 10th digit will correspond with your prefix of the chassis number. So all 2024 models will start with R, all 2025 models will start with S. So 2026 models will start with T and so on. So we will know the year of the DH when the chassis number is known.
