Well, I didn't actually get to do anything to my Mustang today however I now have both my Dark Horse Model for my computer desk as well as having brought my detail products up to about 99% completition as these finally arrived today.

Still need to get some rinseless stuff that I can take on my trip with me but the rest is here.

NOT SHOWN: Atom-Mac and OG Tire Dressing. Those are downstairs for adding to the Sprayers.

Spent some time at lunch hour and reorganized my detail cabinet with the arrival of the new stuff.

Snow day = Garage day
Installed Ford Performance extreme active axle back mufflers / Dark Horse rear valance kit. Only have done a cold start and extremely happy with the sound paired with Steeda H-pipe, the fit and finish on all parts were excellent…

Love the look with the Black tips!!! And it’s hard to beat that sound when you do the Resonator delete with H or X Pipes and improved exhaust additions!! It’s a great sound without being over the top with the note as you accelerate!! Some are a bit obnoxious with the sounds but to each their own. I installed the Corsa Performance Axle-Back set up with AVE and man …. I feel the love every time I start it up to turning it off.

I hope to get it out this weekend and open it up a little bit to hear it… I did a cold start and then let it warm up and did a remote rev to hear it from the outside and so far I’m happy with the results and your right about being obnoxious which it what I didn’t want.

Yesterday:
- Inner fender hole cleanout: Removed all stones, sand and gravel.
- Inner fender hole anti rust protection treatment
- Inner fender hole undercoat
- Anti rust protection ubderbody all holes
- Undercoating

Today:
- Engine bay rust protection
- Trunk rust protection

Oh and by the way. There was a part of 20 centimeters on the underbody chassis that had rust. (See picture attached)
The car is brand new. Built in October and has 100km on it. So, I feel that I did a very good job in protecting the rest of the car before it rusts out.

Still waiting for the vehicle to be ready.

Drove it and washed it. It sat at the dealer for almost 2 weeks while they figured out why I keep getting the CEL for exhaust emission sensors; they gave me a nice F150 as a loaner because it has gone back so many times for the sensors. They thought they were going to have to replace the catalytic converters but eventually found that there was a break in the wiring loom - which I suspected since it seemed to trip the CEL if I put the car through a wash to get the under body spray done and I told them it had to be something related to the wiring once I figured out it related to that process.

I washed it by hand this time so didn't take it through an under body spray to see if the CEL trips again though. Hopefully they got it fixed this time. We'll see next time I run through the touchless wash and use the under body spray

Today I had a video shoot planned on the island. Drone, GoPro, camera, blue smoke bombs. All geared up but the weather changed into a grey dark cloudy day.

So I drove around the island and that's it.

I have the car for 2 weeks and have 144km on the odometer. Not that much

Update: Just ordered a European reverse light with rear fog light unit, Forscan OBD2 cable, and still waiting for my side mirrors with integrated turn signals that I ordered 10 days ago.

Never Could I Ever!!!!

But for me, I'm from the South where we have pretty decent weather almost year-round. And honestly, I too have had the occasions where I could not take it out and then harass the neighborhood with a Cold Start and thrashing of pedal pushes (all within 3 minutes) and shut it back down. Guess it's worthy of a smile wouldn't you say??
