I purchased 25MM spacers from American racing and would not fit, lugs indented the wheels on the inside so I did not even install them. 2024 GT, with 19"silver aluminum wheels. Probably need 30MM if you do not want to trim your lugs
When you say 19 silver aluminum wheels, are these the stock ones?

Can someone tell me how much longer the studs on the magneride cars are compared to the non magneride?

Posted back in March 2024, but have been checking the updates on this post and thought I would chime in. I installed 1" spacers on my 2024 Mustang GT Premium with PP (My Spacers). With all the discussion on length of studs being too long, I thought it best to check mine out. Below are picks of what my inner wheels look like after the 1" spacer install. The only wheel with evidence of the studs being too long for 1" spacers is on my rear passenger wheel. All three other wheels were fine but I did see just a hint of a mark from the a stud on the rear passenger wheel. In my opinion, it was only because one of the studs that seemed to have a bit of overflow on the the stud. I assume from the mold that it was cast in as I have seen on bolts used in the past. I try to show what I am talking about in the pic below. I think it was only one stud that made the mark, but I have pulled the wheels several times, to check the spacer torque, to install splash guards, to fix the dreaded opening in the wheel well (link to my $10.00 fix to this problem), etc. So the mark looks to be the same but to have scored more than one spot on the inner wheel due to me installing the wheel over and over. However, to be safe I did use a hand grinder and did take down the overflow on the end of the stud. I also marked the inner wheel and will check it again after a few drives to be sure that that particular stud in not contacting the wheel.

I did want 20mm spacers on the rear and 1" spacers on the front, but can confirm on my car the 20mm did not work and I had to return them. Hope this helps anyone wondering about spacers. At least in my case 1" spacers on all 4 worked for my 2024 GT Premium with PP.

Also Included a few pics of how the 1" Spacers look.

Then why is everyone saying the Magneride suspension cars have longer studs than the standard? Also, if they are the same wouldn't that stand to reason a spacer is a spacer and any of them would work?

Nice work, I also had issues with my passenger rear wheel with the studs being too long and indenting the wheel, just like in your pic. I did not check the other wheels, but I will now, thanks for this!

Can someone please confirm that the 20mm spacers fit on the stock wheels NON Performance Pack? Here are the wheels that I have that came with my 24 GT Premium.

I used the Steeda 20mm spacers and didn't have to cut the studs.
Do you have the NON performance Pack wheels? So it will not be necesary to cut the studs with the normal 19 inch stock wheels from a 24 GT?

My Daughter actually went ahead and ordered new wheels. I test fitted them today. The front are 9" wide with 35mm offset and the rear are 10.5" wide with 45mm offset. The rear fit for sure, with room to spare. The front fit over the Brembos but it is close, real close. I am concerned with the car on the ground and weight on it, it may cause it to hit. I don't see how it could but you never know. It is so close that I am even thinking of running a slip on 5mm spacer just to give it some extra clearance. While I had the wheel off I measured the studs while I was at it. They are exactly 1 and 1/8" long. I am hoping I won't need to add longer studs for the slip on spacers.

I'm running 25mm Hubcentric Wheel Spacers on my Mustang with the same Bronze Appearance Package wheels that you have. No issues. Plan on lowering with the Steeda Progressive early next year.

Yes, non PP wheels. I have the 20” silver wheels that look like the PP wheels from the S550.

I wonder if the 20 mm will work without cutting the studs.
