I put them on my S550 using factory parts. Not hard at all do, just like doing a brake job, only with new parts. I have a pressure brake bleeder, so I didn't need help bleeding the brakes, if you don't have one, you will need a helper to bleed the brakes. Takes about 2 hours and half of that was...
I kept my S550 GT/CS when I got the DH and despite them being virtually identical under the skin, the DH is far more fun to drive and glad I spent the extra money on it over another GT. I am confident that GT owners won’t agree, but that is their choice.
I have 4 toy cars, 3 Mustangs and a Corvette. two are auto, two are manual, I like them all. I personally think that if it is a daily, with a commute, and auto is the only option.
Had zero issues on the front with this tool. Like I said previously, the rears are tough because they are buried. We all have different levels of confidence, if you don’t feel comfortable doing it, have a shop do it. I am retired, so it is fun for me to do myself.
I have BMR on my S550 and got the exact stance I wanted. Bought them for my DH, and not convinced it did anything.I do like the Baer brake rotors over stock. Two piece front and rear, drilled and slotted. I have those rotors on another car with zero cracking issues.
I am having 305/30 x 19 and 325/30 x 19 Michelin PS4 put on next Monday to replace the RS tires. The RS suck in rain, only have 1,000 miles on them so I am either going to sell them or find a set of used wheels for them.
