Hello! Send us a private message with your VIN and current mileage. Allow me to see what I can do to assist. Thanks!
Don't do it @jexsk. I learned the hard way. They don't do a thing but collect your personal information and then tell you to contact your dealer's service manager. They make it sound like they can do something to assist. Literally nothing. 🤦🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️

I had a similar issue the other day driving home from work. I absolutely hate rattles and unwanted noise. My car, a base vapor blue DH, was perfect for the first 500 miles. So good that I mentioned it to my wife. Later that day after work I thought I willed it into existence as the car suddenly had a very hard to pin down driver side rattle. After another 300 miles I was ready to tear the car apart. My wife actually looked on this forum and found something about the rocker pannel clips. I checked mine and that was not it but I noticed they were hollow so I started tapping on them. Sure enough I hit the right spot and heard the rattle. There was a fairly large rock inside that had got trapped. I was able to get it out and the rattle is gone. There is a large gap in the wheel well where it meets the rocker pannel. This may not be the exact location of your rattle but do to all of the trays under the car it may not hurt to start knocking on them and see if you find any foreign debris that has become traped. I would have sworn mine was in the driver a or b pillar or was trim related. Good luck in your hunt!

OMG, it's these aerodynamic "road debris air scoops" again! See another fun thread on this matter.

I have a Dark Horse, it was having the same problem. I took it to the dealer they changed the rear passenger shock problem solved. Not only has the sound stopped but it feels much more stable at high speed.

I am following because I am hearing it on both rear. I thought it was seatbelt and fastened, but still there. Also hear a rattle in passenger a pillar and sometimes the instrument cluster. If I apply pressure to that, it stops. More rattles in my car than the 8 year old GT I just sold. 😕 And my dealer service has been very poor. I think all they know is trucks.
Same. Rattles everywhere. Both doors, passenger a pilar at the dash, somewhere in the back. Very disappointed. Had it since March, just broke 1000 miles. My 1990 GT doesn't rattle this much.

I'd take you up on that if it wasn't a waste of time. I know how this will play out. I'll be contacted by a rep who will tell me to take to dealer. I will be starting from square one because nothing in this forum gets passed to them. Since the dealer is only interested in revenue generating services, they'll write it up, take it back for less than an hour and tell me they couldn't replicate the issue. The reality is this is just piss poor quality. Shame on Ford.

Why are most of these vehicles people are receiving having all kinds of problems? I thought they were taking time doing quality checks? I kind of feel like I dodged bullet with this one by cancelling my order.
I believe a lot of these people are just nick Pickin .
Our 2024 GT 401(A), active exhaust, Atlas Blue has had ZERO problems.
All the panels fit. The paint is correct. I have no leaks going through a car wash every week.
I don’t understand where all these problems are coming from??
My turn signals work, my lights work. I can go to a shopping center. My wife will go shopping. I’ll sit in the car. Listen to the radio and the battery never goes dead.
My built date was April 26, 2024. I haven’t had one single issue with my GT.
I love it. My wife loves it.
It’s very fast. The B&O sound system is Crystal Clear. I use Car Play most of the time.
Clarity of your sound depends on your source?
They only issue is if you’re put your foot in it, the tires brake loose and you’re gone like you’re shot of a rocket..
We love that car and get a lot of compliments in it.
No regrets.
It would be interesting to find out the Mustangs that were built the week of April 26 had less issues than other weeks. Just curious.

Whelp, bad news is the rattle came back. Good news is they diagnosed it right away this time and I’m getting new rear shocks installed as we speak. Not sure if they got a bad batch or what
