I tried to get a vanity plate in my state that said CRISIS, but it was already taken.

The other options to spell it out don’t appeal like the original one you want.

I checked the first one, also taken. Your second suggestion is not an option in Michigan. Only upper case characters permitted.

Try Krysis. In Arizona it is only $25 for custom plates. I can change it easily as I want. I went with GT505HP because I added cool air intakes that are supposed to increase HP. Whether it does or not I don't care. I just like saying I have more HP than a Darkhorse...lol.

I would say that you’re a happy man! I’m in my early seventies and I’m happy when I’m in my GT convertible! Looking forward to warmer weather because I have the performance pack with summer tires!!

Thought this was GM’s version?? I wouldn’t put that on my Stang!! 10R80 at least, but then would come all the questions.

Correct the GM version is better

The 10R80 is a great transmission. The Ford version may exhibit a whining noise due to the straight cut gears but that is not harmful in any way. Apparently GM put sound deadening in or on the casing of their version, which greatly reduces the whining noise.

Hmmm, is that right?? Been in a few last Gen Camaro’s ((1LT & ZL1) and they were not too impressive in shifts and performance. The cars were powerful (torque related) upon shifts. Maybe it was just a random thing I guess. Called the Hydra-Matic, it is a good transmission with claims of shifting faster than the Porsche PDK transmission!! That’s a good claim and both are good transmissions, but IMO the 10R80 is a better performing system. YOMV.

Well, I am 67 and still feel young modifying my Dark Horse for the fun of my retirement!! I am not that old yet though! I hope to enjoy my DH for the rest of my life!!!

I am in my seventies. I love my Mustang, my only regret is that it did not have Mustangs when I was younger, instead of 210 Datsuns, Peugeots and the like.
What do I love most about my Mustang? The variable exhaust. which I keep at the loudest. If the neighbors don't like it they can move
