Okay, so if you like the c8, then post on c8 forums. That's why c8 forums exist. This is a forum for the s650 and owners and people that want to buy s650s. Its pathetic.
I do like the C8 that is why it is in my profile pick in my garage. I also own Mustangs. You seem to be taking personal offense to me stating the fact that 2025 DH is in the price range of C8.

I honestly don't care that the top of the line mustang is close to the c8 base. I paid in the $60ks for my mustang and was also looking at the c8s. I chose the s650, hence why I'm on the s650 forum. If I chose the c8, I'd be on the c8 forum. Make sense?

Are you allowed to be on a forum before you actually buy the car / while you're shopping? Or is forum membership only allowed after you make your purchase?

@Mustang406 , I think he wants to "cancel" us...

Well it just makes sense to be on the forum for the car you have or want. That's why there are forums for different vehicles and not just one big forum called "forum".

I have Mustangs and a C8. Am I allowed to post here? Lol. Sarcasm aside, if this forum was only for S650 owners who also do not own any other car it would be a boring echo chamber.

Obviously if you have a s650 or are wanting one, then this is where you should post, but if someone doesn't own or want a s650, then why even post here? Seems like I'd rather be on the forum for the car I want.

That'd be like me being on a challenger forum with no intentions of owning one or wanting one, just posting negative things about it. What's the point of that? It's strange.

A lot of the posts in this thread specifically are simply stating the fact that the DH is now priced with higher performing cars. Non subjective things aside like looks and driving engagement the C8s and BMWs outperform the S650 in a similar price range.

I disagree with that, but that's not what I'm talking about. I'm talking about users who only, and I mean only, post negative things about the s650, who don't even want a s650, on the s650 forum.

Every car forum has people who join forums just to bash the cars and opinions of others. You can ignore them but without comparison to other cars these forums would get boring fast.

Now if you are in a thread talking about supercharging/turbocharging an S650 and someone is just bashing Mustangs then obviously they should be banned. But this particular thread is a discussion about the DH vs BMW

I'm talking about the user who bashes the s650 in every thread he posts in. The polo user.

Just use the "Ignore" feature or report my posts if you think it's a Terms of Service violation.

We are going in circles at this point.

I can't control how you interpret what you read but, fortunately, you have options.

I primarily read/post on either the Pricing / Ordering sub-forum OR the comparison sub-forums.

There is definitely cross shopping between the 2 cars, there are numerous former members on Mustang6g/7G that are now on the bimmerforums that have moved on to the M2. I think Ford priced themselves into this position. The S650 I had optioned out at $56K and I was offered the car at invoice still had a 48mos lease payment of $960.00 per month. I am leasing my M2 with an MSRP at 65K for 36mos. at 1047 per month. There are a crap load of S650s out there. There was one post that said they had gotten 6%off of MSRP for an M2, but you will wait a long time for an allocation from that dealer. I did get $1200 off of MSRP for my G87 and an additional $500 off for being former military, even though it was well over 20 yrs. ago. Ford only offers this discount if you were discharged less than 2yrs. ago.

wow. how much down? 1K+ per month for 36 months then you have nothing to show for it. Turn it in and start all over? Won't you have a car payment for the rest of your life?
