Got the call to say I have a confirmed allocation for a dark horse at the spec I listed back when they were announced.

Was basically take it or don't as there's no shortage of people waiting in line.

Need to give them an additional deposit and lock it in over coming days.

No and forgot to asked haha, will find out mid week when I go in.

Wow this place blew up overnight. I was inadvertently logged out and missed it all.

Detuned 347kw for an extra 18% in cost isn't worth it - Ford Australia well and truly fucked us.

Gonna get my deposit back, there's better options out there. FFS it's a Ford!

No Magneride available for GT Convertible. It's not in the builder and it's confirmed in the digital brochure. Very strange.

Yeah, 122k drive away.

Mine is just confusing as hell. The layout of it is crap and doesn't make sense. When will you get pricing for yours? It would be interesting to see what yours come to.

When I put my GT order in back in April I asked around a few dealers about DH availability and price. 2/3 said it would be around 120k - looks like they were right.

Unfortunately, notwithstanding the unfavourable exchange rates, we are being seriously Ripped-Off, as the similarly Configured Host US DH & GT had a minor US$1700 and US$150 Price increase respectively over the previous year model.

FoA apparently have interpreted the Pricing Tolerance of the market probably largely from Dealer Feed-back (from Customer interactions) and possibly monitoring Social Media and Ford Forums such as this, and given us the outrageous 20% price increase that many were speculating, and apparently anticipating.

It will be interesting to see how many cancelled orders and unsold Mustangs there are next year.

Hey guys just wanted to see what everyone thinks in regards to price vs power of the GT vs DH. Seems like it's approx $20k for 2kw, and yes i know the other differences of the GT vs DH.

I can understand the price if the DH was at the full 500hp but to be cut that much is it worth it for the other differences only now?

In my mind 20k is a decent amount to play with on a GT
