You noticed that right? So odd.
I actually just got out of my car and remembered reading this post from last night. I had to reply because it was a question that I had and kind of forgot about. It's kind of unique, and I really like it.

Hey, I’m curious if you’ve seen it or not but, when I enabled the DH lighting, it works great, but I noticed when I shut the car off and the headlights stay on for a delay or something, they’re no longer white, they’re more so orange tinted, but not full amber. Is that just kinda how the dark horse is, or is that a side effect of the DH lighting?

This happened to me too when I put the premium style lights

Regarding deactivating the seatbelt splash screen:

i added this to the post about the special codes, but there is a chance that this change could cause safety issues, as it's basically telling the IPC there are not any seats in the vehicle at all
Is there any information if it deactivates the airbags or seat belt tensioner for example?

Adaptive cruise control and hands on stearing wheel messages still work after above changes but if that's evidence enough for other safety systems would be of serious interest.

Everything works as intended from what I’ve noticed.

I also checked the airbag status lighting behaviour as well as the small icon in the dash board when unlocking/locking and all seems to be ok.
However, I used some different values which do not tell the system there are no seats at all:

IPC 720-13-01 "8xxx" "xxxx" "xx--"
IPC 720-13-02 "xx1x" "xx--"
IPC 720-14-01 "1xxx" "xxxx" "xx--"
IPC 720-14-02 "xxxx" "xx--"
(no changes to that line)

That does the job as well.

Hey, another thing that happened and was mentioned before:
Since I made a couple of changes (list below), instead of the headlights, my daylight running lights would stay on as exit lighting for some time.
But then not in white, but as mentioned before more like a light baby pink. Very weird.

I did not (knowingly) change anything regarding lights, only these things:
Successful:
Continuous gear display, WAL, electronic sound enhancement, seat belt splash screen
Unsuccessful:
Mirror Reverse Tilt, Auto Start/Stop

Any idea where the pink colored daylight running light comes from?

In Raptor land, the number one FORSCAN mod that causes some manner of chaos is ...
wait for it

DRL

My suggestion would be to treat FORSCAN DRL mods as leaves of three.
IOW: Leave it be !

IIRC the 2nd block is for the belt minder, not the splash screen. I didn’t mess with it because I got the belt minder disabled via the F-series method described on Youtube.

I didn't want to change any DRL related stuff, that's why I was asking.

i programmed the walk away lock and it worked for a bit. My keyfob signal wasn’t working when i was over 200 ft away though but i had walk away lock. i now currently do not have it anymore after the car updated itself. has anybody seen anything like this?
