I need help before I screw things up.
First time Ford owner and First time ForScan user, I've changed the Welcome Lightning, removed the Seat Belt screen and the last thing I wanted to do was to activate the Walk Away Lock with Feedback and Auto Relock.
According to the Spreadsheet, we ignore where all "X" are and just write the non-x values, but taking in consideration that ForScan original values shows 3 groups of 4 characters for a total of 12 characters and the spreadsheet just shows 10 character, that's my confusion, can I just enter the 10 values of the Spreadsheet even when the original value has 12?
Again, just want to be sure that I'm following the instructions right before messing it up. My common sense says that these are just Hex Values so the Hyphen is just a place Holder or just saying, stop there, but I don't really know if we can just enter 10 values where 12 were from factory.
Thank you in advance.
**Update** - I just found the original post from LivNitUp where it mentions that the Vakues are up to 10 Hex characters and the last 2 are Checksum Values, so that together with the Spreadsheet answered my doubt and questions.
