I was thinking changing Region in General not just for Traffic Signs. I know for sure changing Regions affects Apps and Sirius XM and things like that, but I don't use it need any other app other Android Auto and don't have Satellite Radio so for me it worth the shot, worst case scenario I can always revert back to default.
Yes, you can change regions in general, but it will not make your traffic sign to work.

What is your theory about me being the only one who haven't put this to work?

At first I thought it was the non premium card didn't have the hardware for it, then I thought that maybe just the 301A group models at least have the hardware connected, but then it was confirmed that another 300A group model by changing the same code lines was able to put it to work and I basically don't have another answer than just maybe it's the traffic signs language, hence why by following that logic I thought that it may force the camera to read Spanish words, this knowing that as you mentioned already, other people have used the same code changes and read Arabic signs.

Like I posted earlier, I'm beginning to question myself if this really worth the hassle, trouble and time that I've dedicated to make it to work, the only think that keeps me trying is the challenge of it.

I don't know. The only thing I know is that the TSR only knows 2 signs.
NA and Rest of World, where North America have white sign and the rest of the world has a circle with a red line around it. My guess is that the circle with the red line around it is easier to read for the car. The white North American signs with black letters and numbers are more difficult to read since there are a lot of things along the road that are black and white that could look like an NA traffic sign, like commercial signs for example. I guess they tweeked the NA signs to only read the signs instead of picking up lots of other random things and since your Puerto Rico sign is slighly different, that could be it.

But yeah, that's just a wild theory. Maybe you can find something in the settings and try it out.

Send me your AS-built, so I can see what settings you have.

I'm with my car but not my laptop or OBDII Reader until tomorrow afternoon, but I downloaded the As Built Data and posted it here last week together with the 401A Group Premium Model from the dealership lot so we could compare them. Let me find it and post it again for you.

Try this:
706-04-01 xxx* xxxx xx--
Set it to (3)

This is the only thing that is not alligned with your settings. It is now set to ROW while your signs are not from ROW but from NA. It's also a line that the others did not had to change because they already had this value on 3.

If this doesn't work I need to look way deeper and will do that on a day where I have more time.

Ok, all the other changes to APIM, IPC and IPMA that you gave us are already applied, so I'll do this other one and see if that helps, but that will need to wait until tomorrow afternoon. Will let you know, thank you.

Ohh, jeje, yeah that makes sense.

Well, I hope that is the issue as I'm sure even when these cars have US specs because if not they can't be sold on US soil, I'm sure they treat us as a Latin American Country and may have different values on different settings, hence even when the car has Satellite Radio from factory, Sirius XM doesn't work, as far as I was told.

Well, it's a shame I didn't bring the scanner with me, as I forgot that I do have my laptop, so I could make the change now and try it later, but I'll need to wait until I get home tomorrow afternoon to change this and try. Thank you again.

In all my other cars my Sirius XM radios work but I was told that the Ford cars that are brought to Puerto Rico, they can't activate Sirius XM even with the capable radio on it. So something's different with the models they bring here.

I'm going to check your radio settings and see if you have a different module. If so we can change modules LOL, I need the one you probably have and you need mine.

Update: I checked yours. I might make your Sirius get to work.

Change these two values to (8). You have (0)

720-05-01 98xx xxxx xx--
Change these to (9) and (8)

727-01-01 30xx xxxx xx--
Change these to (3) and (0)

These settings have my Sirius working in the Caribbean. If we have the same hardware, this should work on yours too.

Sorry I misguided you and wasted your time but my 300A group doesn't have Satellite radio, it's a $800 Radio Upgrade Kit from Infotainment.com that I have thought about it but because it is supposedly not working, I wasn't going to buy the kit to later found that it doesn't work, now I may consider it. Thank you again.
