What exactly does “main commit” mean? That this is the main scheduling window for whatever models they’re producing?

NO GT Engines. NO DH Engines. Now for a few months. Anyone know as to ability to meet outstanding orders with VIN pushed back again and again? For accepted orders with VIN, a dealer advised Ford in the past has pushed production into the next model year and rebated cost differential. Ordrs without VIN have not been accepted so wonder if they are just pushed into next model year at then prices?

Main commit to what other than EcoBoosts?

Everything that's already scheduled. You don't go from "order received" to "scheduled" if there's a parts availability issue. Main commit means they're re-affirming they're sticking to what they have told dealers they will deliver.

There are a small number of GTs and DHs mixed in with the Ecoboosts on the schedule.

Got a VIN and scheduled for the week of 9/16/24!

This is after waiting from 4/5/24 order date.

I changed from Vapor blue to shadow black on Tuesday 7/23 to get past the painted black roof constraint.

yeah similar to that mine is still not generated just checked now.
production week is exactly 2 weeks away now

I just checked mine. It is still on schedule to start production next Monday. That being said I believe FRAP is down now so there may not be any schedule updates until next week anyways.
