• Production weeks: 9/30 - 10/28.

Important:
- Dealers with open allocation for Dark Horse should consider amending their orders from (44E) TREMEC® 6-speed Manual Transmission to Manual Transmission to (44U) 10-speed Select Shift® Automatic Transmission, to increase their chances of being selected for scheduling.

Key Dates:
- COVP Approval: Dealers will have until 8/26 10PM EST to complete the COVP.
- Final expected order commit due date for balance out: 9/5 (subject to change if the plant reaches capacity before this date).
- Spec Changes and cancellations will shut off on - 8/29.

Limited Availability:
- 990 - MOD 5.0L Engine - 4V DOHC EFI NA.
- 60G - Mustang Nite Pony Package.
- 43S - Black Painted Roof.
- 44E - TREMEC 6-speed Manual Transmission.

Seems the 6 speed and the 5.0 have swapped places from exhausted and limited.

Unfortunately, I need both of those lol. Man my fingers are crossed. I cannot afford those 2025s.

I've been told I have a pretty good chance due to no npp or pp. Plus, 70% are automatics, so hopefully they will give me the exhausted 6 speed haha. But they have to find 5.0s, 70% of Mustangs are GTs.

Anyways, this is me venting my anxiety lmao thank you anybody for listening. I've just always dreamed of a GT and have never been this close before.

Not sure how this happened but maybe there's hope for all. I placed dark horse order back in early March 2024, realizing my small town dealer did not have an allocation. Checked in once a month. Nothing. Original salesperson left the dealership. New rep was assigned not so responsive. Got in touch with the sales manager, and then associated with the general manager. All but gave up on the dark horse. Huge price increase. Told them I could not or would not be able to justify 2025 prices but we were going to let it ride and see what they could do for me on price. Needed a four-seater for just in case kids rides. Been looking at the best used Porsche 911 I can afford February March 2025. Received a voicemail from the dealership. Dark horse order schedule to build 2024 on October 7th. Wh wh what? Sorry I forgot to mention this is a premium with tremec 6-speed.

I'm in the same boat. Ordered my Dark Horse in April 2023!! It's also a premium with tremec 6-speed! I have a VIN number and "production scheduled". I've been given an October 25th delivery date.

The wait is killing me!

Got that miracle update today. Scheduled week was Sept 2. Never received a window sticker. Refreshed the tracker this afternoon and all of a sudden it’s in production

Until you have a date “in production “ it’s not. You’re scheduled the week of 9/2 so a week out you should be able to access the window sticker and based on blend date you’ll see progress towards seeing your baby in person. I was confirmed in late March and my blend is 8/22. I’ll know tomorrow.

So strange how other than delays nothing has changed and all of a sudden it shows in production, but it’s not.

Recall recently seeing a few people who woke up and its was being built early, no window sticker, just straight into it. Guess maybe it’s just a glitch then?

So, after 515 days and 6 different production dates, waiting for movement...it appears that things are moving. My production date is also w/o 9/2 but the tracker hasn't moved into "Production...but I do have a window sticker. Feels like it actually might happen!

YES! Dark Horse was ordered on 3/28/2023. Maybe I'll have it for a couple trips around the block before I have to store it for the Winter?

If you have your window sticker you have your blend date.

Right at the top in the middle you will see blend. The number right above it, Remove the one at the beginning and that’s your date. Mine is 120240904. So 2024, Sept 04
