Highly doubt that's going to happen anytime soon. Lmao just put it out in 2024. It will only get worse, I haven't had many issues, but I understand some don't like it. Welcome to the future 🤷‍♂️
For me the issues are:
1. not a clean integration into the dash
2. The reflections on the screen (I just sat in a couple in a showroom, so no outside sunshine, and I could clearly see the white parts of my shirt on it). They need to be tipped slightly
3. loss of double eyebrow dash look

So not a tech or loss of actual gauges for me.

The integration seems to be the biggest issue for the people that don't like the dash. Regardless of how much effort it took to design and come up with, just slapping a screen (or two) on top of the dash just LOOKS lazy--not to mention completely devoid of any sort of discernable style. I get that there isn't a ton you can do with a digital screen, but look at the digital screen in the S550--the gauge screen was well integrated into the dash, so they were able to keep the double brow look.

I don't have any issues with digital screens. I loved the digital screen of the S550.

If they built the screens inside the dash it would be great. This one is just a cheap ass tablet stuck with glue on the dash. I really dislike that. Just build it inside the dash.

I did a few quick reads of other Ford forums.

- Bulky. Takes up a lot of space (depending on vehicle model)
- Phones get hot
- Doesn't always work well when using protective covers
- See above. Can be slow to charge

It's nice Ford tried it, but it would seem a simple USB port is the best tool.
My DH won't charge my phone because of the phone case I have on it.

I saved my ‘24 build that I ordered and I just did a ‘25 if anyone wants to compare.

i went ahead and specced out my DH mostly the same (mostly since no more blue calipers), and the price went up $4315. +$295 for Grabber Blue Metallic, +$500 for Handling Package, -$1595 for 10-Speed Automatic, +$4010 for Dark Horse, +$1000 for 700A Equipment Group, and +$105 for painted brake calipers
The Dark Horse package is only $500 or $500 on top of what it was last year? I'm Canadian and DH HP was just under $6000 on mine.

all those pluses and minuses are compared to the price when mine was built around August 2023

We buy these cars, and probably most of us can turn wrenches. It's getting to the point if you don't know someone it's getting very difficult. My opinion they don't want us to, ... sooo "sad"

Disappointed in the colors for sure. Will have to wait and see how the Magenta looks in person. I absolutely love my Deep Impact Blue and was hoping it would return for 60th year.
