Got the lovely tracker reset. Hopefully this means it's going on a truck and I can bypass the train

Confirmed via chat that this does in fact mean the car is on a truck. I imagine the actual ETA is sometime next week.
The secondary status is Shipped Convoy (Precision Vehicle Logistics). The current ETA is September 17th - September 23rd.

Does anyone know if it's possible to track the car/carrier at this point?

Don't hold your breath. I was "shipped" via the same precision people and all they did was take me to a rail yard 20 min from Flatrock. Been stuck at that yard for over 3 weeks now

Precision Vehicle Logistics does yard management. They're going to be moving your car to another ramp. They moved my vehicle from FRAP to the New Boston railyard.

That's a good thing! Mine was delivered about 18 hours after that happened, but I was only 9 hours away.
It should be on a truck and moving at least

Can't tell if it's just the angle of the picture but it looks like you have the performance pack but have the non performance pack front splitter? Might want to check that out but I can't tell for sure based on the pics.
