Another pain point on this car: the warning labels on BOTH visors. I've found a few videos on youtube, but has anyone successfully removed these obnoxious stickers before?

Pulling off the visors is an easy enough job and have got the sticker laminate off, now working the leftover adhesive.

Left is hair dryer method (recommend), right is alcohol method (do not recommend).
I would say Ford is a**hole for doing this, but I'll say it's the fed for requiring the blasted things in the first place.

Decided both look like doo doo, so I ordered a roll of black vinyl sticker to cut to size and put over the eyesores.
Got them back in. Haven't applied the vinyl yet and not 100% sure I will.

My recommendation is to use a hair dryer to loosen up the adhesive and gently pull then, once cool, use a black fabric marker to darken up the remnants.

Did a lot of research on this before I jumped. In another time I used to detail cars at a BWM, Land Rover, Jaguar dealer and comfortable doing my own work.
Follow up on this. Watched the adam's video for application on youtube a couple of times. Solid product but takes ages to do properly. I think between wash, claybar, prep, and application it took 5 good hours.

Overall I think it looks good and wasn't the worst. Did not use the UV light at all, so if you plan to do this, buy the kit without.

Looking at the pictures, looks like the wiring is a quick disconnect. Any thought that you can swap out the regular visor with the upgraded visor with the garage door opener? I've heard in the past that since the visor has electric for the vanity lights, the garage door opener just runs over that.

Entirely possible but cannot confirm at this time.

These husky floor mats fit perfectly, great price, life time guarantee, and I can testify to the brands quality since I had them for 7 years in my Honda. 10/10 recommended.

The mustang emblem is indeed pinned. 😥 Now have to figure out how to cover this.

Initially the idea was black vinyl, but it's a deceptively odd shape.

Not sure what to do. Any ideas? (no, I'm not just going to buy another mustang to put there).

  • For now, got a simply US flag decal to cover the holes on the above.
  • Just passed 1000 miles. Averaging 33 MPG, which is surprisingly good! Getting my first oil change this week.
  • Even with the "just" 315HP, 350FTLBS it still brings a silly ass grin to my face when I put my foot down.
  • Surprised at how quiet it is at speed and in general.
  • Previous reviews of the EB with the 10 speed still apply. There is a lot of travel in the gas pedal before anything really happens in normal mode. It feels almost as though it's lugging out on occasion. Will be playing with custom mode and see if I can make that stick for mode.
